Terms and Conditions
The following conditions govern registration and play at Fair Go Casino and form a binding agreement between you and the operator. Creating an account confirms that you have read them and accept them in full.
Registration and account status
You must be at least 18 years old, act on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else, and be resident in a territory where participation in online gambling is lawful. Residents of jurisdictions we have restricted may not register, and we reserve the right to refuse or close an account on that basis.
One account per person, per household, per shared IP address and per device is permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the additional accounts are closed and any balance accrued through them may be forfeited.
Details supplied at registration must be accurate and kept current. Login credentials are personal; you remain responsible for all activity conducted under your account and should notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Fair Go Casino operates under a Curacao eGaming licence. The licence number is not published on the site, and confirmation of licensing status can be obtained from our support team on request.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
Funds may only be deposited from a payment instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are rejected and returned, and a persistent attempt to use one may result in account closure.
Before a first withdrawal is released, verification must be completed in full. We may request further documentation at any later point where a transaction pattern or a change in circumstances warrants it.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframe published on our banking page; the subsequent transfer time depends on the chosen method and the receiving institution. Where practical, withdrawals are returned to the deposit source.
Player funds are held separately from operational funds. Accounts inactive for a continuous period of twelve months may attract a dormancy administration fee, applied only where a balance remains and always after prior notice by email.
Bonuses and promotional offers
Every bonus carries its own terms, which sit alongside these conditions and prevail in the event of a conflict. Typical conditions cover the qualifying deposit, the wagering multiplier, the maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active, game weighting and the expiry period.
Bonus funds are played after cash unless a specific offer states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal is possible, and a withdrawal requested beforehand forfeits the outstanding bonus and associated winnings.
Practices such as low-risk or opposing betting patterns designed to clear wagering, coordinated play between linked accounts, or the use of the same payment instrument across several accounts constitute bonus abuse. Where identified, the offer is cancelled and the related winnings are removed.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion at any time. Offers already active for a player at the moment of withdrawal continue on their original terms until they expire.
Game outcomes, errors and availability
Results are generated by random number generators supplied and independently tested by our game providers. Server-side records constitute the definitive account of any round, and in a dispute they take precedence over what appeared on your screen.
If a round is interrupted by a connection failure, it resumes at the point of interruption when you return, or is settled automatically according to the provider's rules.
Where a malfunction, pricing error, display fault or obvious mistake affects a game or an odds display, all affected wagers are void. Sums credited in error must be returned and may be deducted from your balance, with support contacting you where the balance is insufficient.
The service may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, provider outages or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from such interruptions.
Complaints, closure and governing law
Raise any complaint first with our support team, providing your username and the dates and details of the events concerned. Most matters are resolved at this stage; unresolved cases are escalated internally and receive a written response.
Should the internal process not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the alternative dispute resolution channel available under our Curacao licence. Complaints must be submitted within six months of the events giving rise to them.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to you. We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where a regulator instructs us to do so.
These terms are governed by the law of Curacao. We may amend them, with material changes announced by email or by on-site notice at least fourteen days before they take effect; continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance. The English version prevails over any translation.
